Q Factor’s inception began as a solution, a solution to fill a gap in the market. The current availability of space in urban centers wasn’t meeting the needs of modern companies or their people. These spaces weren’t catering to the new approach to city living; they were dark, dull and unoriginal.
Recognizing this need, Q Factor was formed to push the boundaries and break the mold. Not following conventional development practices or funding, Q Factor established a winning strategy of true placemaking and inspired master planning. Our endeavors include much more than just workspace. Using a goal oriented approached, our projects generate centers for lifestyle, urban living, modern office space and food & beverage concepts. When complete, Q Factor’s spaces thrive and push others to take notice, be responsible and do better. Working off a fully encompassing experience, Q Factor succeeds with purposeful and intentional practices that drive cities to fit more seamlessly into your everyday life.
